Every SPLYNTRE piece is handmade to order – made especially for you, not pulled off a shelf. That’s why it takes a little time, and why it’s worth it. The wait is part of it.

02Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. The only exception: a piece made to your own specifications, outside our collection — and we tell you that in writing before we make it.
Return shipping costs . We deduct it from your refund — no separate payment, no free label.
Faulty, or not what you ordered? Then the return is on us, in full.
Try it on the way you would in a shop. Send it back complete, in its SPLYNTRE packaging (medicine box, capsule and card). Wear marks that need polishing or re-plating come off your refund, at cost.
To start a return, use our withdrawal form, or email info@splyntre.com with your order number. Within 3 working days we send you a return label; once the parcel is with the carrier, it travels at our risk. We refund within 14 days, minus return shipping.

If your piece arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, get in touch at info@splyntre.com and we’ll do everything to make it right. The return is on us.
